Refund and Cancellation

We request you to kindly read the Terms & Conditions stated below carefully before placing an order at www.pixeltec.in

PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE UNDER THE FOLLOWING:

1. Damaged or Printing mistakes in packaging at the time of delivery or after the package being delivered.
2. Incorrect Design or Mismatch of Design Code.

RETURN IN CASE OF TEMPERED PACKAGING:

If you find that the product delivered to you is incorrect or having printing mistake and does not match with the design you must:

1. Ask the courier to take the order back.
2. Inform us immediately “within 6 hours” about the situation by sending an email to info@pixeltec.in so that we can take corrective action at the earliest.

RETURN IN CASE OF INCORRECT ORDER:

If at the time of receipt, you find your order packaging to be open, damaged, having printing mistakes, or tampered with, we strongly suggest that you DO NOT accept that particular order. In such cases you must:

1. Inform us about the discrepancy by sending an email to info@pixeltec.in “within 6 hours” of order receipt.
2. Email us a photo-proof of the discrepancy in your order within 6 hours at info@pixeltec.in or inform at +91 98240 93456.
3. Send us back the order in its original shipping package within 4-5 working days.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation of an order must be made “within 6 hours”. Orders cannot be canceled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept the cancellation of rush orders once payment is received.

RETURN POLICY:

Custom products or modified versions of standard products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
